I value integrity and the importance in keeping my word. I hired the owner of this company, Ann Harold to sell my house. Several months after signing a sellers agreement I decided not to sell my home. I don't believe anybody should be forced to sell their home because of a listing agreement with a realtor. I paid her for her time and for some drawings that had been drawn up. She plainly agreed to give me the photos and provided me a price that I was required to pay in order to obtain them. She then reneged on that deal and did not reimburse me the amount I paid for them.

We found her to be an excellent realtor whose honesty and knowledge of the area are exemplary. Never did we feel pressured into a purchase. She was patient with us and always pointed out both the good points to a property as well as those that might be more challenging.
